Hear(d)
Getting heard is one of what I wished. If my parents could be more open-minded, generous and not having a straight and narrow mindset. Sometime though they say they will hear what I say, but I hasn't even talked finish, they already state their own view point. That's the way they view things. They will only view it on their own perspective. I wonder when they will stand at our point of view and think. Like my parents who have bit of racism mindset which I hoping to change it. Well, they belong to the older generation so their will stick their own mindset rather than accepting the new one.
I guess it's not just me who facing the problem of needed parents to listen. Most youngster wanted to be heard too. By their parents , friends and someone else. Some had been intimated that they do not have the courage to speak up any more. I belongs to that category few years ago. And now, maybe I still counted part of it. However, as day passes by, my courage seems to getting bigger. I dare to speak up, dare to question. But someone to hear , a handful of people only.
Sincerely hope people will at least listen to people before stating their own viewpoint .
